Port Forwarding

Hi, i have been with Air for nearly 12 months and have never had a problem forwarding my port, just reformatted, have tried different ports,protocol and cant forward my port, shut down my firewall, also i remove a port and replace it with the same port i end up with 2 forwarded ports the same, even 3, tried different ports, keep getting time out message and the port is not reachable, can you please help.
