Authentication Failed

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I was connected to Sirius for a number of days without a problem.

This server got very slow, so I disconnected, and now, when I'm trying to connect to another, it says Authentication Failed.

I can't connect to any.

My VPN client is Viscosity on the Mac, and I'm running 10.8.2.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

Hello!

Your account is successfully connected to another server, can you confirm that you could manage to connect properly?

Kind regards

I managed to connect; however, this happens every now and then.

Do you think it's my VPN client? Or OS?

same problem here. My account details page shows i'm connected to a server but I'm actually not, so other servers keep rejecting me since I'm "already connected". Happens very frequently for me. No fix I can find yet.

Hello!

Which client are you running?

Kind regards

I'm having this issue as well ... it tells me authentication has failed, then on the site it shows that I am already connected ... but Viscosity shows I am not connected.

Other times, if I'm able to get past that part, it has erased my DNS settings ... and after re-adding those, I can connect successfully for a minute or two before Viscosity simply quits without warning.

I'm on Viscosity 1.4.3 (1114)

Pretty sure it's a Viscosity issue.
