How long to get approved for a Free Trial?

I am yet unsure if AirVPN will work for me. I've never used a VPN service before and I don't really know how to configure everything or what problems I'll have along the way. As a result, I have been researching this service and I've requested a free trial so that I can make sure everything is working for me before I commit to a year subscription. I have not yet heard back about my free trial request. I was curious, from users who had a free trial, about how long did it take to get approved? My request was sent 2/28/12, about a week ago.
