PayPal not fulling working?

I bought a 3 month paypal package a few weeks ago and had 63 days left on Airvpn.

I love Airvpn very much, so today I used paypal to buy a 1 year extension.

But instead of having 428 days left (63+365), it nows says 364 days left in my account.

I thought this paypal problem had been fixed?

Could you please fix my account so it says 428 days left? (or 427? :-)

I hope I did not just lose 63 days that I paid for.

Other than that I am loving Airvpn!

Hello!

We have set the correct expiration date for your account. The problem is not caused by PayPal but by a vicious bug in our account processor (a product for which we have paid and we pay for support, but the programmers have never managed to solve the issue in their software).

Within a few days we will get rid of this bug once and for all, progressively leaving forever the aforementioned account processor and replacing it with a different product.
