Issues with throttling(?)

Hello, Ive been using AirVPN for about a year now, but recently all servers have had extremely high latency and very low speeds, before I was capable of atleast 50mb or so now Im lucky to get into triple digits of kbits, Ive tried reinstalling and updating nothing worked.

I don't know if it's the same issue but I also experience slow speeds in some servers that show low load and good latency in eddie.
when I ping airvpn I get a response after a few seconds. I'm not sure why it doesn't match the display.
And I also think I had this issue in the last few months.
The latency in the picture above is very high though..

Did you ever gets this resolved on your system?  I spend alot of time on the USA servers to have a USA IP and those servers give me 800 meg -- many times over a Gig.  I am on fiber which helps but the servers scream for me!  I do usually limit my selection to Air's 20000 MBit servers since I am fiber driven on my end.
