Stumped on port forwarding

Hello, I am a noob and I am having trouble with getting my port successfully forwarded, specifically for seeding.

I'm running this on my Unraid NAS, through a Wireguard tunnel for the Qbittorrent and -Arr containers. I arbitrarily picked a port to forward in the client area and entered that in my torrent client settings as well (listening port 28074). IP check via Firefox (through the same Wireguard tunnel) shows that I was going through the VPN. Testing speed via Cloudflare showed successful read for upload as well. I managed to successfully download the contents of the torrent, but now it won't seed. Upload stays at 0.

When I go to canyouseeme.org via Firefox and enter that port (correct IP address is listed), I get this: "Error: could not see your port. Reason: connection timed out."
I'm using hotio's repo for Qbittorrent FYI
