Load (= bandwidth usage), number of clients and RTT between the servers are factual data valid for everyone, whereas your own latency and "connection quality metrics" are the result of your client's configuration, connection type and its config, ISP, routes, etcetc. I mean, what is even the definition of "connection quality" in your own words?
