Is Turkey blocking Wireguard protocols?

Since the beginning of this week (15 Dec 2025) I am experiencing so much connection issues by using Wireguard app or Eddie(wireguard protocol activated) on macOS. How can I be sure that Wiregurad is blocked in Turkey?

there's no any issues on my holidays now with WG, except of speed loss due to ISP's traffic shaping (50-60Mbit max download)
