Actually it's a good thing. Chat support has proven to be totally ineffective throughout the last 10 years for obvious reasons. It's a lark's mirror not only in VPN field, but in any other sector which requires technical and pondered evaluation and reproduction of an issue. Please open a ticket at your convenience, on top of writing in community forum.
