Traffic not going through selected country?

So I'm trying to bypass a current nationwide issue but whatever country I move my VPN too it still activates those issues. So example if I go through Germany (and I'm using my mobile here) my traffic doesn't route through Germany only my current country.

Any reasons as to why?

You didn't provide any info on your setup. OS? Client? Logs (or Eddie's system report)?

So I'm running an Android OS 13 UI 5.1. SAMSUNG
By client can you clarify?
Also where can i get the logs from?
I need to see if the issue persists on a desktop and come back with that.

Well, you're using the Eddie app or some other VPN app, like OpenVPN Connect or Wireguard for Android?

I'm currently using the Eddie App.
So need to know how to pull logs.

I'm also hopefully going to check the desktop tonight but when I do I'll get back here

Connect, then in the app click the top left hamburger menu > Log, then either share it so that you can paste it.
Or click the Send button in the top right corner; this will upload the log to eddie.website and present you a link, simply share the link here.
