AirVPN Clent say that im alreadt connected HELP

hi there,

Hopefully someone could help me out here.I have just tried to connect to a few different servers but every time i try and connect it says that i am already connected. I have restarted airvpn a few times but i still get the same problem.I have never had anything happen like this?

Any idea ?

Hello!

Actually your account is successfully connected to some server and exchanging data. Maybe you have another connection running you're not aware of?

I've had this happen to me a number of times. Sometimes the service thinks you're connected when you're not. Usually this happens when I try connecting and disconnecting from a number of airvpn servers in a relatively short time (when testing to see if slowdowns are server related or with my isp). Best thing to do is wait 5 minutes (usually less) and checking your status page: https://airvpn.org/details/ until it shows you're not connected anymore.
