Unable to login via Eddie

I am getting an error when attempting to login via Eddie on Windows

it doesn't even tell me what the url is for me to test separately.

My router's firewall logs all blocked requests and nothing is logged.
Windows Firewall is all default, no custom rules
happens when network lock is enabled or disabled
I am on a new ISP

what domain and port is the login being attempted on?
