Not sure what I'm doing wrong, if anything. This has been occurring for the last several days; prior to that, I've never been booted before. I have no other machines with which I use AirVPN. I just updated to the latest version of your client, and it seemed to be working fine, and then the disconnections started again. Please advise, and thank you for your assistance.

Hello!

In the last days Vega (the server you were connected to, according to your logs) loses connectivity (ISP line goes down for a few minutes and the datacenter becomes "isolated" - host unreachable). So the problem is just in Vega datacenter. Please try to switch server while we monitor the situation which eventually might force us to dismiss Vega if the problems are not fixed soon.

When a VPN server goes suddenly down, all the accounts that were connected to that server are "locked" because the VPN server can't tell our backend servers if a client disconnected. Anyway, if our backend servers do not hear anything from a VPN server for 3 minutes, all the accounts connected to that VPN server are automatically released and re-enabled to connect to any other server.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Kind regards

Hello,

I am having issues with both Vega and Octantis, which I assume are related due to being in similar geographical locations.

Just would like to drop a note that you're not alone.

Appreciate the vigilance. My only requests are that they will be replaced with other west coast servers that are not under Leaseweb, as they tend to get blocked by some sites that block corporate IPs.

Hello!

We can already confirm you that at least a new powerful server will be in the West Coast and not with Leaseweb.

Kind regards
