Slow upload speed on all servers

Hi. I saw that there are very litle upload speeds on all servers I've connected to (~15 from different regions - America, Europe, etc), I mean 10-15 Mbps (should be ~100). THe download speeds were good ~ 100 Mbps
What is it that?

What's the expected throughput (as in, without VPN)?

What client are you using? Try to increase the send buffer size (--sndbuf directive in a config, or in Eddie Preferences > Network > TCP/UDP send buffer size).
