ANSWERED Port Forwarding Issue

Like every day ill notice i stopped seeding and I check my port and see connection refused, and I have to create a new port in client area and give that new number to my bittorrent to get it to work again, I am using the linux eddie client on debian, I am using qbitorrent v 4.5.2, not using gluetun or any software of the sort, my firewall is not blocking it, i do NOT have UPnP enabled

Please upgrade first to qBittorrent 5.0.4 or anyway the latest available version in order to rule out the various bugs affecting your version. Then we can start to investigate properly.

OK. This version, according to the reports we have, is affected by a bug which could be relevant according to your description of the problem. When both IPv4 and IPv6 are supported by system, and the "Optional IP address to bind to" box in "Tools" > "Preferences" > "Advanced" is set to "All IP addresses", qBittorrent will listen only to IPv6. Please verify whether changing that combo box into "All IPv4 addresses" solves the problem or not.

If not, please consider to upgrade to qBittorrent 5.0.4 and the latest libtorrent through a backport (or build them directly into your system, if you like to compile) or test another torrent software to understand whether the problem is qBittorrent 4.5.2 specific or not.
