DNS Leak Test Results

This was my results via DNSleaktest.com

I was a little confused from some of the wording on that site. It said you had a DNS leak if your ISP name was listed. Which in this case, mine was. Only... those IP addresses don't match me at all. So I was just wondering if that wording was off and the site meant "IP" rather than "ISP" in the following statement.

"If you are connected to an anonymity/privacy service and ANY of the servers listed below are from your ISP then your DNS is leaking. (You should be able to recognise them based on the hostname and location)."

They didn't spell "recognize" right, so I guess it's possible. Or do I actually have a leak? Any information you can give me on this would be great. I pasted my results below.
