Maybe you can put a more useful message in a future release.Hello!We're glad to know that the problem is solved and thank you for your subscription renewal!Several months ago we added the message "Premium subscription required" in the account panel for such cases, as well as several messages that can help troubleshooting. The website account details page is important because we can't send messages to generic OpenVPN wrappers, so we would recommend to check it in case of any issue (besides, of course, writing to the support team).Kind regards Quote Share this post Link to post
