Arcom FRANCE - Kill Switch & Network Lock

Hello,

I just received a registered letter from ARCOM, in France for an illegal download.
Arcom is an audiovisual regulatory body.
However, I am supposed to be protected by my VPN (AirVPN).
I have not found the log for the day of the offense, (January 10, 2025), it is too old.
But isn't there a kill switch on AirVPN (or a similar one)?
I saw someone on the forum talking about "Network Lock".
But where can I find this option on the Eddie interface or on the AirVPN website?
