lokifromasgard 0 Posted ... (edited) Hi all, Recently moved from NordVPN to AirVPN due to reading about speed differences regarding torrents and port forwarding. I am using unraid and have both qbittorent and sabnzbd. I have set up for qbittorrent, have yet to test around to validate speed on there but for usenet in sabnzbd I noticed the speed is pretty low. On Nord I was getting near full speed (I have a 1gig connection) at around 70 MB/s. To provide context, for the generated file I did UDP/443 and I toggled advanced and set exit layer to only IPv4 (the logs were complaining about IPv6 being on and I dont have IPv6 set up anyway). For America I am reaching speeds of 14/MBs For United States I am reaching speeds of 28MB/s. Are these the expected values for AirVPN or is there any other selections that can help me increase the speeds? Edit: I am at my post limit as a new user so I am editing this comment. I swapped to Wireguard rather than OpenVPN and I am now getting fullspeed (both usenet and torrent). Consider the issue fixed. Edited ... by lokifromasgard Share this post Link to post
