If I am connected via Eddie it takes 5+ seconds for any windows explorer menu to open up (ie saving an image or context menu). The only time this doesn't happen is if I am connected to one of the 20,000 Mbit servers. What would even cause this behavior? Quote Share this post Link to post
OpenSourcerer 1447 Posted ... Do you have anything installed which creates context menu entries? And if yes, does that software have anything to do with networking? Next idea would be antivirus softwares. Quote Hide OpenSourcerer's signature Hide all signatures NOT AN AIRVPN TEAM MEMBER. USE TICKETS FOR PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT. De Facto Pantalones 13 Posted ... That's kind of "inexplicable". My $0.02, the 20000mbit servers typically suck ass, but you're still connected to "phone home to MS", which makes any pause (5secs) absurd. (Unless something on your rig is calling for extra data). Like OpenSourcer noted, anything new in Context Menu? What if you are not connected to Eddie, and you right click? Also, do you use "System Lock"? If so, any difference when locked or unlocked? Any chance you use Acronis for Image back-up? Just curious. Peace out Quote Share this post Link to post
