Hey, I got the yearly plan back in December and couldn't use it on my pc. I'm uploading the latest log so someone can take a look. It's my first time running a vpn. I can use Eddie without any problems on my phone! I wish I could also use on my pc. I tried turning off Windows Defender and the Firewall but it didn't help

Wow, this is some awfully long route list. Please reboot your PC (not shutdown + startup) and test again.
I also notice that the WinTun interface is no longer there when the connection is shut down, which is not normal. Is there something installed and running on the PC which somehow manages/"optimizes" your network? Maybe an antivirus program?

Not that I know. The only thing network related that I had running was Hamachi. I disabled it and rebooted. Still nothing. I don't use anti-virus other than Winows Defender, which I also disabled along with the Firewall. Here's the latest log.

So, anyone?

Hello!

It looks like UDP (or maybe OpenVPN) is blocked. Since you already checked your system, the block could be caused by your router, or by your ISP. If it's your ISP you have no choice but to switch to TCP. Anyway please check your router and make sure that no traffic management / packet filtering tool blocks UDP.

If the problem persists, in order to switch connection mode please select "Preferences" > "Protocols" from Eddie's main window, uncheck "Automatic", select an alternative connection mode and finally click "Save". Try first OpenVPN, protocol TCP, port 443, entry-IP address 3.

Also consider to upgrade to latest Eddie 2.24.6 at your convenience.

Kind regards

id open device manager > then open network adapters and remove all the adapters listed...     that are not lan or your wireless adapter.

then reboot.  when you first open Eddie it should reinstall the required adapter to make the connection.   then try to reconnect again

Hey!

I tried updating Eddie and changing to TCP, but the problem still persists. Since I'm not very knowledgeable with networking, if it was the ISP blocking it, wouldn't I be unable to use it on my phone, since it's connected to the same router? My wife also has no problem connecting on her pc, but just like my phone, she's connected via WiFi.

Here's the latest log.

Hello!

Yes, you are right, so we must go back to the previous assumption and put it under discussion again, as the block could be on the machine itself.

Can you please re-check the Defender Firewall, just in case? Can you please also try a connection over WireGuard (you can switch as usual from "Preferences" > "Protocols" window), to discern whether the block is OpenVPN specific or not? Last but not least please consider to upgrade to Eddie 2.24.6 (latest stable release).

Kind regards

Hey, thanks for the reply!

I checked the Defender and Firewall, both remain turned off; changed over to WireGuard but still couldn't connect. I already updated Eddie to the latest stable version. Thanks again!

Hello!

We've run out of ideas then. Please send us a system report generated by Eddie just in case it contains some enlightening clue, please see here:

Kind regards
