Hello

I'm looking to create a new YouTube account after my old one was suspended. I realise the following questions might seem a bit on the quaint side, but if someone could provide the answers it would be appreciated. 😎

1. If I create a new account, would YouTube be able to find out if it was from someone previously suspended if I create it through Air VPN?

2. Would they be able to tell it was me if I started to re-upload my old videos and subscribe to accounts I previously followed?

1. No if you don't use the same personal information to create the account (this includes your phone AND phone number).
2. No but if your account was suspended due to the content of the videos you uploaded, you will get banned again.

In answer to one, I've already got a new e-mail address and phone number lined up so that won't be a problem.

To your second, this time around it will be without the problematic videos (I know which they are and they'll won't be uploaded). Without those, would the rest of the videos be fine to upload or would they be detected as having previously been uploaded by a suspended account?

The legally sound answer you'll find online and on Google's own "support forums" too, is that you're not allowed in ever again by the EULA. Practically I know of a person who has had 13 channels banned and keeps going. Sure, demonetized again due to the new uploaded videos, but I don't think it's actually strict for a person in practice. What I couldn't find comments on, whether Google AdSense, when you enable monetization, will try to link you back to the previously banned person. I suppose a phone number and new e-mail will be perpetually enough. Therefore, your new account should be fine.

Thanks for letting me know what to expect from Google in regards to creating a new account after the previous one was banned as it's appreciated.

AdSense doesn't apply here as I have no interest in making money from the account just posting video which won't contravene the terms and conditions now that I know what to expect from Google in the future.
