Did Hetzner blocked airvpn ipv4 servers?

hello,

i got a hetzner server and was having troubles setting up airvpn. i dont get it why it didnt worked. until i tried to ping certain ip's. it looks like hetzner blocked all airvpn ips (ipv4). tried to ping it on two different servers in two different countries. once germany, once finnland. ipv6 works. but not ipv4. ive checked firewall rules and nothing seems to block it on my part.
