I forgot to cancel my subscription,and I haven't receive any email to remind me that my subscription has expired.That is ridiculous!!

Our system sends courtesy e-mails one week before the expiration date, one day before, and at the expiration moment, provided that you did not disable the notification service (it is opt-out) and that a valid e-mail address is linked to your account. Furthermore you can obtain a refund if you ask for it within 30 days since the payment date. You do not need to provide any justification in this case, no questions asked.
