New VPN Servers Are Slow

Hi,

Ever since the change to the CA servers (I mainly used Groombridge and Saclateni) I've noticed massive drops in download speed. Previously, using speedtest.net, I could get anywhere from 250-500Mbps (both download/upload). Now with these new servers I'm barely breaking 50 Mbps. 

I've changed nothing on my end so I'm thinking it has to be the new servers. Anything I can do to adjust this and try to get my old speeds back?

Info:
-MacOS 14.5 (M2)
-Fiber gigabyte Internet 
-using Eddie GUI
-have tried either Maia, Sarin and Xamidimura
-I’ve changed Eddie preferences be just WireGuard vs Auto (no change in speed)
