Issue with Port Forwarding: Two Instances Open, One Filtered

I am experiencing an issue with port forwarding where two instances are opened, but one of them is marked as "filtered" while the other works correctly with the port forwarding settings from AIRVPN. I have tried different servers using the config generator, including single server configurations, the European region, and both OpenVPN and WireGuard protocols. Strangely, it is always a Leaseweb server that shows up as "filtered."

My question is: How can I block this Leaseweb server or force only one instance to open so that my port forwarding works correctly?
