ANSWERED "You have reached your posting limits" when replying to support requests

When attempting to reply to staff after a few existing replies, I got the following message:
You have reached your posting limits. Please wait 24 hours and try again.

I was able to make a new support request with my reply, but this is not optimal. I also cannot reply to that request either. Basically, to have an ongoing support conversation, I need to spam open new tickets with every reply.

I wanted to mention this on the forum so there is record of this behavior. Do note that I use separate accounts for posting on the forums and my actual service/support requests, so that account has no extra permissions for instance, unlike this account which no longer requires moderator approval for forum posts to be visible, in case that has any bearing on posting limits in the support request section.

Hello!

We have removed this limitation. If anybody else experiences this problem please contact us via support@airvpn.org or anyway write to support@airvpn.org to bypass the limitation (the support team will then sort your mail messages in the proper ticket).
