ANSWERED Stuck in connection/disconnection/restart loop

Hello, I'm looking to troubleshoot some AirVPN problems where the Eddie client is stuck in a connection and disconnection loop.

I looked through the forum and tried implementing what I saw in other posts, like renewing my device then logging out and in, but that doesn't seem to resolve the issue.

Is some software on your computer or your network's router maybe restricting UDP?

Thanks for the answer :)

I tried connecting again to verify if I was still having issues or not, and was able to connect without issue.


I didn't do anything, but the problem seems to have resolved itself!
