Macrorhino 0 Posted ... (edited) I try opening Eddie on my fairly new Windows 11 computer and it flashes up briefly before disappearing. It was working perfectly for several months and then this happened. When I tried to shut down, Windows said Eddie was preventing shutdown. I forced it to stop with Task Manager. When I restarted it asked if I wanted Eddie to make changes to my computer. I, maybe foolishly, said yes. I uninstalled Eddie and still got a message that it was preventing shutdown. I reinstalled it, hoping an update may have fixed the problem, but it's the same. Edit: I have now solved the problem. I had to manually reopen the main interface and was looking in the wrong place for the icon. Edited ... by Macrorhino Share this post Link to post
