I checked the IP addresses of several AirVPN servers, as well as their ASNs, and found that they use several fixed ISPs to provide VPN servers (M247 was the most prominent provider I saw). I know AirVPN values privacy, but I didn't know much about the ISPs used by AirVPN. Therefore, I would like to know what ISPs AirVPN contracts with that meet the requirements. It appears that AirVPN's selection of ISPs was done with certain criteria and I would like to know what those criteria are and how they relate to the security and privacy of the VPN service. Thank you. Quote Share this post Link to post

Connect to VPN server then go to any of the IP geo-location websites and look for ISP field (ex. https://ipleak.net (developed by AirVPN), https://ip-api.com/, https://browserleaks.com/ip) You can also do this without connecting. Go to: https://airvpn.org/api/status/, find the server you want to check. Copy any of the ip_v4_in addresses and paste it on one of mentioned websites. 1 xmartymcflyx reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post
