ANSWERED Eddie keeps trying to connect but disconnects everytime

Recommended Posts

Just bought a three month subscription, and tried to check the AirVPN out, but Eddie is unable to connect to a recommended server. It says:

"Connecting to [ server ] (Netherlands, Alblasserdam)" then "Disconnecting" and tries another server and thing repeats. Has somebody encountered this issue? What is the solution for this? Should I disable my firewall, antivirus, or what? I am using Windows 10.

Hello!

We have seen from past reports that Radmin VPN causes the UDP block you are experiencing and which seems the reason of the problem. Can you please disable Radmin VPN and test again? We infer that you have that VPN active as the following interface is up:
"Radmin VPN (Famatech Radmin VPN Ethernet Adapter)".
Kind regards

Thank you, it worked! However, disabling the RadminVPN was not enough, so I simply uninstalled it. Now I was able to connect to it. Due to technical reasons, I know what I am requesting may be unfulfillable, but if possible could you please add several lost days of premium access to AirVPN? After my premium access expires I will definitely consider buying 3 year subscription.
