ANSWERED New Static IP Address, Now Eddie Stuck On Checking Route IPv4

Hi all. I recently went to a static IP with my normal fibre provider. This was done to allow a Plex server to be reached from outside the local network. But now Eddie will no longer connect. Attempting to connect to any server gets stuck on "Checking Route IPv4", before breaking down and attempting to restart the connection, which continues in a time-out cycle. I believe I've attached the report below. Could anyone help me figure this out?

I tried going into settings and de-checking "Check AirVPN DNS" as well as "Check if the tunnel works", and this does lead to a connection, but it could not receive any data. 

Edit: The connection works when I go into Protocol and manually select a TCP rather than UDP variety. But the connection speed down is 1/5 of normal speed, and upload is just a few Mb/s. What do I do next to fix it?

Hello!

UDP seems blocked. Please check any packet filtering tool both on your system and router and make sure they don't block UDP. If the block is enforced by your ISP then you must use only TCP (or change ISP, of course). By the way please test WireGuard. WireGuard works in UDP only but it is possible that the UDP block is only toward some ports. To switch to WireGuard:

• from Eddie's main window please select "Preferences" > "Protocols"
• uncheck "Automatic"
• select the line with WireGuard, port 51820 (picking a high port, which is also WireGuard's official port, can reduce likelihood of blocks). The line will be highlighted
• click "Save" and test again connections to various servers

Thanks for your feedback, I called the ISP and turns out they had not applied the static IP properly which resulted in the noted UDP block. For now there's a few TCP protocols that do allow for fast downloads, so that serves me until the ISP rectifies. Thanks for your help!
