ANSWERED Won’t connect to a AirVPN server

My computer acknowledges my wifi and yet when Eddie goes to connect I get a doom loop of NOT CONNECTED TRY AGAIN messages. I have shut down my server and rebooted. No chamge. What could be a solution?
