[SOLVED] Already connected error

Hi I read through the FAQ and searched the forum, but can't find a solution.

I was already logged in and suddenly AirVPN logged me out and I tried to log in but it said I was already logged in, then I reset my PC and still keep getting the message that I'm already connected?!?! I have not shared my passcode and only using it on 1 PC.

Any Suggestions?

Hi

I just signed up for this service (20mins) but the windows client throws an error when I try signing in, stating:

Air VPN

---------------------------

Account not active. Please retry later.

---------------------------

OK

---------------------------

Please help

I keep getting a message telling me I'm already connected.

This has happened before and usually a system reboot fixes it, but I've rebooted 3 times, redownloaded the client, ect. and the problem persists. Any tips on how to fix it?

Hello!

We have had a problem with the database, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. Several accounts could not re-connect and new accounts did not have their keys generated. We have now solved the problem.
