Eddie Tunnel gets a new name on restart? (Windows)

Hello,

I've bound Eddie to BiglyBT on Windows and the functionality works well. However, upon restart of my machine, my downloads don't resume again (Binding connection missing). When I check settings I see that Eddie's tunnel's name has changed. For example when I first bound it was called net7, now when I'm checking it's called net2. Why is this happening? Is there a way for me to guarantee Eddie's tunnel will always have the same name?
