So starting sometime this week, I've been unable to connect to AirVPN through eddie, and I can't figure out why. It's been working well from multiple addresses and multiple countries up to now

It looks like it is trying to use an interface (virtual adapter tun/tap) that does not exist, a custom-named one. Did you install Eddie from scratch or copied it in weird way?
Anyway, you should go to your network settings and see if you have any tun/tap adapter of custom name, if not remove from Eddie ZeroTier One, run it with default settings.

You misread the logs, I think.

It is using the correct interface. The routes are to the AirVPN server, added to the interface Eddie determined to be the primary one, which is ZeroTier Virtual Port.

Try rebooting the machine (not shutdown + startup) and try again.
