OpenVPN problem

I already have OpenVPN and just downloaded the certificates package and copied these certificate files to the /config directory. But after running the OpenVPN client, the tray icon didn't come up, instead this message " OpenVPN GNI is already running" and I can't go ahead and get OpenVPN started. What can I do to solve this problem?

open task manager then go to processes and close the process openvpn.exe. then open the openvpn again

As you said,just turning off the and already running and now it works ok. I appreciate a lot. Thanks
