Where's the customer support?

I submitted two tickets a few days ago. One through email, and the other through the website. I have not received a response since.

Would be nice to at least have some sort of confirmation that the query was received.

Hello!

Your tickets have been received and a reply was added in 8 hours, which is perfectly normal on Sunday. We see that the reply resolved the ticket by accepting your request. You can check your tickets in your "Client Area". Courtesy e-mails are also available if you have linked a valid e-mail address to your account and you don't disable notifications via mail.

I’ve had responses in a few hours on weekends with Airvpn..
I’ve  been ignored entirely by other providers 

air support has been the best ignore the original poster
