ANSWERED UI is not loading, unable to connect

Hello, apologies if this has been previously posted elsewhere. I am using a Windows 11 Pro 64-bit machine.

I have just bought AirVPN today and downloaded the Eddie client. Upon first launch it worked well as expected. However, upon subsequent relaunches, I see the window notifying the current 68% birthday sale, yet the UI for Eddie itself fails to be made visible on my screen. I have tried relaunching through ending the app in Task Manager with no success, same issue. Happy to provide additional info if needed.

Please try to delete Eddie's configuration file default.profile while Eddie is not running and check whether the problem is resolved at the next launch. To locate the configuration file please see here:
