Split tunnel on windows app?

Is it possible to split-tunnel apps in windows using the eddie app? I want to split-tunnel so that only the qbitorrent app is using the vpn.

Eddie will not do it for you.

You can add entries to the routing table so that the VPN is bypassed by default. Then bind qBittorrent to the VPN interface. There is a script to add the routing table entries here:
