Cant connect to certain website

Hi,
Im on Windows 10 and using Eddie. When I connect to the VPN (I use the New Zealand server but have also tried with others), I cant connect to http://timbrdesigns.com.au/
However, when Im not connected I can get to that website.

It times out whilst connected to VPN

Any ideas why?

That website even off the VPN, is unsecured and does not have a certificate... I wouldn't even touch that site even if I needed to.
