PetHarbor.com is a searchable database of adoptable/lost pets in animal shelters across the United States and Canada. In the past, they've only used Sucuri to geo-block visitors from outside of the US/Canada. This could always be bypassed by using a VPN server located in one of those countries. More recently, they've enabled Sucuri's infamous BLACK02 blocklist, which as far as I'm aware, includes all of AirVPN's exit IPs.

But! Not all hope is lost here. By complete accident, I discovered that it's still possible to partially browse PetHarbor (at least, the important bits).

While the homepage is supposed to be blocked, you can bypass the block by adding a parameter at the end of the URL. So for example:
https://petharbor.com/default.asp --> https://petharbor.com/default.asp?searchtype=ALL
This parameter doesn't affect the page's content in any way. It's sole purpose is to bypass Sucuri.

From my testing, pages that are unblocked include:
