ANSWERED Timeout when attempting to connect to certain WordPress sites

Hi All,

I'm troubleshooting a connection problem to recently created WordPress sites.

The connection problem seems to relate to AirVPN.

For example, https://www.ladybirdeducation.co.uk/ is reachable when connected to AirVPN. But thecriticalproblem.net, and contriverse.com, will timeout when connected to the VPN.

Are there any known issues with WordPress/AirVPN along these lines?

Both of these sites are operated by the same datacenter, so it looks a bit like data center-level restrictions.

Thanks, maybe that's the common factor I'm looking for. Can I ask where you are seeing the datacenter information? And is this an issue I can contact them about?
