I think it's 49€ subject to the conversion rate of your payment processor. It's a bit higher with PayPal than with credit cards. Around $53-55 can be expected, I think.

If you mean external, yes.
If you mean internal, yes with Wireguard, no with OpenVPN.

Did you mean an OpenVPN/Wireguard profile will be imported or Eddie "installed"?

I already have openvpn running on the router with other services...what i really want to know with Airvpn & port forwarding. will the ip change cause i need it to NOT change for port forwarding .

The internal IP is dynamic with OpenVPN, yes. But it's not like it changes with each and every reconnect. There is a certain grace period after you disconnect where you can get the same internal IP address if you reconnect quickly enough. But changing servers, ports or the protocol will get you another one without fail.

I don't think I have ever witnessed the port or internal IP change, IPv6+IPv4 on OpenVPN. The DHCP lease is set to 1 year and is refreshed on each connection. I think that DHCP lease would only immediately expire if the server restarts or something (ipconfig /all). I must add this is very rare with AirVPN, rock solid service and stability. Your home connection is likely to have far more frequent disconnects.
