Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS stuck on startup

Hi, i'm using the AirVPN client in version 2.22.2 & i'm having an issue with my vpn at startup time. It gets blocked at "Checking DNS" & then retries but gets in the same loop until & manually close it & reopen it. Could you please help me?

If Network Lock is enabled, you can disable the DNS check.

Eddie Preferences > DNS > Check AirVPN DNS.

Thank you but now it get's stucked at "Checking IPv4", Could you please help me? This issue happens sometimes when i have the computer already on & I want to turn on the VPN but also happens (This time always) when i run the VPN at startup time.

This is correct, but anyone posting here must expect another member of the community to answer. The Staff account does chime in here and there, but it's not a rule.
A professional answer is on the other hand guaranteed in a support ticket. It's also what you get with your subscription, more or less, though anyone can register and create tickets as well.
