Connection Timeouts

Hello, 

i am recently experiencing a lot of connection timeouts on some german servers. This is especially relevant for sites behind Cloudflare (cannot even reach it with the typical Cloudflare error message being shown). Other servers on the other hand work as expected.

Yes, this is totally unspecific and heuristic with no logs being provided. Just wanted to re-check if anybody else has timeout problems as well.

Can anyone relate?
As soon as i switch the VPN provider (also using Eddie) the timeout problems are gone.
