Yourfault 0 Posted ... Hello, Eddie AIRVPN has been struggling to connect, despite having the latest client version. The 'deprecated certificate' has been 'renewed', logged out both on the website and the client but no change. 'Check AirVPN DNS' is on, (as is 'Ensure DNS Lock'). I have been working with this VPN preferences in order to resolve this issue for a little while now but to no avail. Any assistance is greatly welcome, thank you in advance. Staff 10014 Posted ... Hello! Quote . 2022.08.19 22:50:29 - OpenVPN > UDP link remote: [AF_INET]173.44.55.157:443 . 2022.08.19 22:51:02 - OpenVPN > [UNDEF] Inactivity timeout (--ping-exit), exiting The problem is completely different: the log shows that UDP is blocked. Please check your firewall both on your system and router and make sure that they do not block UDP. If you find nothing blocking your ISP might be the culprit and in this case you will need to switch to TCP. You can change connection mode in Eddie's "Preferences" > "Protocols" window. Yourfault 0 Posted ... Thank you, I followed your advice but there was not much change. System setting reset at preferences; I just kept having at it and eventually it worked, (protocols operating under 'Automatic') Quote Share this post Link to post
