Corsair28 8 Posted 11/02/2012 Dont forget about your comodo firewall for windows 8 as well here are the links. Check the comodo summary after you install and configure as Windows 8 is even worse for leaks. knitterb 1 Posted 12/01/2012 I was having a lot of issues connecting after upgrading to Windows 8. After a lot of different things, and trying a number of different options at the OpenVPN level, this blog post pointed to the need to install the CMAK. http://visualplanet.org/blog/?p=127 From the blog post: Windows 8 (Does NOT have ‘RAS Connection Manager’ turned on by default Sooooo:- Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features ‘Turn Windows features on or off’ Turn On ‘RAS Connection Manager Administration Kit (CMAK)’ OK Close ‘Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features window’ I had to reboot afterwards, YMMV. Hope this helps others!! Quote Share this post Link to post
