Booting order Windows10

Non off topic nor  problem or troubleshooting, just a question. I decided to ask here, feel free to move or delete if wrong place.

Is it possible to change start order from programs in windows 10. I would like eddie to start before other programs on startup when booting. Now there are several programs that connect to the internet just before the VPN connection is established.

I faintly remember this question but can't find it anymore. So, unsure of the answer but I think the gist was that it's not possible to decide the order.

There may be a solution for win10/windows firewall users. (Not exactly what the OP asked, but perhaps it may help)
Windows Firewall Control (a front-end for WF) has an option to block all network connections until a manual change has been made.



This is a free software that was adquired by Malwarebytes when they hired its programmer, and they let him update it for free.

Without getting into bat scripts and the like, Bootracer (free version) will allow you to set the boot order of startup programs through "Startup Control". You will probably have to add Eddie to your startup programs in Windows first.
