Can we add a toggle button for the porn filters so I don't have to login to the web control panel every time I turn them on and off?

Somewhere on the app so you don't have to access the web panel. To save time.

You could save yourself even more time by just creating a second key pair which doesn't have the porn lists enabled. It's done in Client area > Devices > Details > DNS. This way you can control which key pairs have which DNS lists enabled. See if that doesn't solve your problem.

Well it's not separate from devices. After I jerk off, I'm certain I'll never do it again because I feel awesome, but then the next day...

Yes, it is. Don't go directly to the DNS settings in your client area (these are the global/account settings), go to the Devices settings, then open the details for a device (key pair) and click the DNS button. This will present you with the same DNS toggle site but it's for the key pair you selected. If a device connects using that key pair, the DNS filter settings for that device are used. If there are none defined, the global account settings are used instead. This way you can have one device/key pair called "for porn" or something where you can watch porn, and the rest of the devices/key pairs will use the global settings where porn is blocked (as a default for all, sort of).

In Eddie clients for PC and Android you can simply select the key pair to use in the GUI. If you use a different client with generated configs from the config generator (e.g. OpenVPN for Android), you must import it into a second profile and connect with the "for porn" key to watch it and any other to block it.

Whoever looks up this information in the future might have a legitimate interest in knowing this. So even if you tried to troll, you actually served the purpose just fine. :)
